This website is information, not an offer
Everything here is for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, a promise of availability, or a binding agreement of any kind.
A tenancy at The Metro exists only when a written lease has been signed by both you and us. Submitting an application, booking a showing, or joining a waiting list does not reserve a suite, a parking stall, or a storage unit, and does not oblige us to offer you one.
Rents, sizes, and availability change
We work to keep this site accurate, and we date our rent information so you can see how current it is. Even so:
- Rents change, sometimes month to month, depending on the market and what's available. The rent quoted to you in writing at the time you apply is the rent that governs, not the figure on this website.
- Square footages are approximate. They come from architectural drawings and are provided to help you compare suites, not as a precise measurement of any particular unit.
- Availability changes daily. A layout shown here may not be available when you inquire.
- Photographs, floor plans, and virtual tours are representative. They show a suite of that type, not necessarily the specific suite you'd be renting. Finishes, layout, view, and furnishings vary between suites.
If something on this site matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it.
Applications
Submitting a rental application does not guarantee approval. We assess applications against consistent criteria, and we may decline an application or ask for more information.
You agree that the information you give us is true and complete. Providing false information is grounds to decline an application or to end a tenancy that has already begun.
Our content
The text, photographs, floor plans, logos, and design on this site belong to Regina Metro GP Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering renting here. You may not republish, sell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to services we don't operate, including Microsoft Bookings and Queen City 3D. We aren't responsible for their content, their availability, or their practices. A link isn't an endorsement.
Using the site properly
Please don't use this site to break the law, interfere with how it works, attempt to gain access to systems or data you have no right to, or collect information about other users. Please don't submit anything false, abusive, or that isn't yours to submit.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We don't warrant that it will always be available, free of errors, or free of anything harmful. We do our best, but we can't promise perfection.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Regina Metro GP Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Saskatchewan.
Nothing in these terms reduces any right you have under The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (Saskatchewan) or under consumer protection law. Where those laws conflict with these terms, those laws win.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
