Pets are welcome at The Metro, with no restrictions on size, breed, or number. There's a one-time $150 pet fee and $25 a month per pet. That's the entire policy.
Why we do it this way
Most buildings cap you at one animal, or draw a line at twenty-five pounds, or publish a list of breeds they won't take. We understand why (a bad experience with one dog turns into a rule for every dog), but it means a lot of good tenants spend weeks being told no.
If you've been turned down somewhere because your dog is too big, or because you have two cats instead of one, we'd like to talk to you.

What's nearby for a dog
Wascana Centre is about a thirteen minute walk, with one of the largest urban parks in North America to walk in. Closer than that, City Square Plaza and the Scarth Street mall are five minutes on foot.
