Every resident has access to a fitness room, a dry sauna, a steam room, a resident lounge, and a shared work space, all inside the building. There's no membership and no second location to drive to.

The Build It Once Lounge
A quiet main-floor lounge with complimentary filtered water, coffee, and tea, open to residents any time. Residents are welcome to sit and work in the common area.
Heated Underground Parking
One hundred and twenty secure stalls, $150 a month, available to residents and the public.
A smoke-free building
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis anywhere on the property, suites and parkade included. If you've lived next to a smoker, you know what that's worth.
